Registration is not required to use Poker Plan'em. Users can create a room and start planning immediately without providing any personal information. However, users are responsible for the content they create and share within the platform.

Information provided by users, such as tasks and votes within a room, is stored temporarily for a period of 30 minutes from the last interaction within the room. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from our servers. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) from users.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate our Terms of Service or applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such activities.
